Business FACADE GRANTS

About

Boost Your Downtown Business:
Supporting impactful visual improvements, such as signage, lighting, and awnings
Project Max: $5k 

Rules

  1. Business owners must be located within the Downtown Trenton NPP area (see map below).

  2. Rolling deadline, beginning January 1, 2024.  Projects need to be completed by December 16, 2024.

  3. Applications will be reviewed and awarded by the NPP Stakeholders Group.

  4. An NPP Grant may be used in conjunction with other grants or personal funds. This information must be disclosed on the completed application.

  5. A designated contractor by isles will be provided to the property owner to design and install facade improvements.

  6. Applicants can receive up to $5,000 in improvements

  7. Award is paid directly to the contractor (50% upfront, 50% upon completion)

Where?

The proposed project must operate within the Downtown Trenton Neighborhood Preservation Program (NPP) area.
